One of the latest products from ACI is a cleaning gun for personal cleaning and drying purposes. The ACI JetBlack personnel cleaning blow off gun is an innovative, cost effective, and safe solution for the cleaning and de-dusting of personnel and equipment using blower-technology.
 

The ACI JetBlack uses compressed air in a completely different way than other system as the blow off gun produces a low pressure, high volume stream of air as opposed to the high pressure, low volume blast of air.  This change in the use of compressed air means that the JetBlack blow off gun may free up compressor usage and maximizes the use of stored air.
 

The ACI JetBlack has been developed to be offered as a solution to companies who have recognized the dangers posed by compressed air guns being used for the process of personnel clean-down and de-dusting and are committed to reducing these dangers. The ACI JetBlack blow off gun uses a lower air pressure then standard compressed air guns and improves safety and reduces the risk of injury even when applied directly to skin. 
 

The ACI JetBlack blow off cleaning station is also relatively quiet with sound levels below 78 Db (A) reducing the potential hearing damages associated with higher noise generating system.  Both wall mounted and portable JetBlack units are available.  The Wall mounted unit is ideal for use at entry/exit points around production or manufacturing plants and the portable blow off gun is ideal for use for component and machinery cleaning and comes with an extra long hose and weighs less than 7kg.
